At Starfire Body Jewelry Co., we prioritize hygiene and safety; therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy on unworn items in their original, vacuum-sealed packaging. Please note that for sanitary reasons, any jewelry that has been removed from its tamper-evident seal is ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your jewelry is unworn and still secured within its original, heat-sealed clear packaging with all tags attached.

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your items in a padded mailer or rigid box to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA on the outside.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our studio team will inspect the seal integrity and process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
